When I turned my head, the movement stopped. Thinking it was just a hallucination, I relaxed my grip on the knife as I walked into the next room. The furnace was glowing and humming. I don't really know what happened.Waking up, I had to recollection of sleeping. Or anything else for that matter. The bed I woke up in was extremely unfamiliar, yet logic told me that it was mine, that I had slept in it so many times before.
